Personal data we process
aQuickCheck processes your personal data when you use our services and/or because you provide it to us directly.
Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- IP address
- Other personal data you actively provide, for example by creating a profile at the aQuickCheck app, through correspondence and telephone
- Location data
- List of contact information of your contacts via the app
- Internet browser and device type
- Bank account number and/or credit card number
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our app and/or service is not intended to collect data about website visitors or app users under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved at their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@aquickcheck.com, and we will delete that information.
For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
aQuickCheck processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing your payment
- To contact you by phone or email if necessary to provide our services
- To inform you about changes to our services and products
- To give you the ability to create an account
- To make our services available to you
- aQuickCheck analyzes your behavior on the website and our app to improve the website and app and to tailor our range of products and/or services to your preferences.
- aQuickCheck also processes personal data when we are required to do so by law, such as data we need for our tax return.

How long we keep personal data
aQuickCheck does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply a retention period of 3 months for personal data.

aQuickCheck does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. aQuickCheck remains responsible for these processing activities.

To ensure that your access request is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with your request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.
