Personal data that we process:
aQuickCheck processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.
Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
– First and last name
– Phone number
– IP address
– Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on the aQuickCheck app, in correspondence and by telephone
– Location data
– List of contact details of relations via the app
– Internet browser and device type
– Bank account number and/or credit card number
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our app and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors or visitors of our app who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities. We recommend this to prevent that data about children will be collected without approval of their parents. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this approval, please contact us at info@aquickcheck.com and we will delete this information.
For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
aQuickCheck processes your personal data for the following purposes:
– Handling your payment
– To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to provide our services
– To inform you about changes to our services and products
– Offer you the opportunity to create an account
– To make our services possible for you
– aQuickCheck analyzes your behavior on the website and our app in order to improve the website and the app and to modify the range of our products and/or services to your preferences.
– aQuickCheck also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.
Automated decision making
aQuickCheck takes responsibility based on automated processing and decisions on matters that may have (significant) consequences for people. This concerns decisions that are taken by computer programs or systems, without a human being involved (for example an employee of aQuickCheck).
How long we keep personal data
aQuickCheck does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use a period of 3 months to save this personal data.
Sharing personal data with third parties
aQuickCheck does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We then make a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. aQuickCheck remains responsible for these processes.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@aquickcheck.com.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
